Todosos elogios para este mais recente álbum ao vivo de Rick Wakeman é justificado, pois trata-se de um lançamento! Wakeman realmente leva suas músicas antigas a um nível superior. Em "The Six Wives of Henry VIII", que aparece aqui na sua versão full, a execução soa simplesmente impetuosa. No disco 3 - "Classic YES", "Starship Trooper" aparece numa longa e ousada versão, "And You and I" é tocada tão lindamente que deve retirar lágrimas de uma pedra. Em grande parte, isso se deve ao talento vocal de Hayley Sanderson, uma cantora cuja voz marcante soa muito comovente.
Em "Journey to the Center of the Earth", os vocais de Sanderson, soam maravilhosamente terrenos, e altamente emocionantes. Ouvi-la tendo como pano de fundo o (às vezes sinistro, às vezes um tanto religioso) Coral de Câmara Inglês, é uma experiência incomparável. Outro detalhe que torna o novo JOURNEY tão especial: é o "English Rock Ensemble" do Sr. Wakeman arrasa mais do que nunca! Lee Pomeroy deve ser o baixista mais talentoso que Rick já usou, Dave Colquhoun entrega acordes poderosos incríveis (ele também tem a chance de tocar alguns solos fulminantes) e, como há dois tecladistas virtuosos na banda, não há necessidade das cordas e metais de uma orquestra sinfônica tradicional. O novo estilo JOURNEY parece mais Progressivo do que nunca, já que uma orquestra inteira é habilmente "realizada" por uma banda de Rock de cinco integrantes.
